Coaches - How to enter game scores from your phone app

Coaches are designated as Team Managers (or Team Admins) and can enter game scores.

How to Download the SportsEngine Mobile App

The SportsEngine mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices and is available on the Apple App Store and on Google Play.

How to Add Guardians (additional family members)

Family members of an athlete can be added as "Guardians" to view the team schedule, RSVP to games and events, message team members, and edit the athlete's profile. NOTE: Guardians do not receive text message notifications on behalf of the player profile. See the help article How to Add Additonal Emails to Receive Messages for An Athlete

How to Change My Sign In/Primary Email Address

NOTE: Changing your login email is different than adding a email to your profile.

To See All Upcoming Events (non-team-related) on the Calendar

To see all non-team-related events on the Calendar (such as Cobra tryouts, clinics, etc:

  1. Go Upcoming Events on www.mcgsa.com
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of Upcoming Events
  3. Click on VIEW ALL
  4. This will bring up the Calendar showing all events. When you hit the Calendar tab on the main navigation bar at www.mcgsa.com you will now see non-team-related events.

Adding Team Schedules to the website calendar

To be able to see your team(s) schedules(s) on the main calendar, do the following:

  1. Hit the Calendar tab on the main navigation bar at www.mcgsa.com
  2. Scroll down on the calendar until you see Show Tag Menu
  3. Click on Show Tag Menu
  4. Under MCGSA Rec, current season, regular season chose the teams you wish to add to the calendar be selecting the box by the team
  5. Click on Hide Tag Menu at the bottom
