Please note that MCGSA is entirely separate from Murphey Candler baseball and if you have children that play on both sides then you need to register separately.

Finally, if you have registered for softball within the past 2 calendar years (4 seasons) then your email address is on file and you are already subscribed.

The park was buzzing with excitement during Halloween Havoc on Sunday, October 26th.

The Dugouts were decorated, the Halloween Havoc shirts were sharp, and we had many families, coaches, and players break out their favorite accessory or costume. 

Thanks to 7th Inning for offering Skills Clinics to our MCGSA participants. Last Saturday they offered a pitching clinic and they will close out the clinic series with a hitting clinic this week.

The 2025 Spring Rec Season culminated with exciting championship games this past week. Congratulations to the following champions and runner ups!

The 2025 Family Day was full of laughs and fun! We had Bouncy Houses, a Dunk Tank, Home Run Derby, and All Star Games.

MCGSA has officially joined "Braves Country Baseball and Softball"! 

Braves Country's goal is to strengthen their connection with fans and revitalize community pride in local baseball and softball. The Murphey Candler Showdown will now be a regional tournament with winners and runners up advancing to the Braves Country State Tournament!

Braves Country Signage will be recognized around the park very soon. 

Over 400 MCGSA families enjoyed the beautiful January/February weather as they have begun to meet new teammates and coaches over the last two weeks. The countdown is officially on for the March 1st Opening Day. 

The 2024 Fall Rec Season ended with an exciting day long single elimination tournament.

There was fierce competition, creative tailgates, and non stop support for friends and peers!

We can't wait to see everyone in the Spring.
